Frequently asked questions
1.1 When will my order ship?
We will do our best to get your order by the next business day if the frame is in stock. If we have to order a fresh frame for you, your order will ship in 3-4 business days. We will email tracking as soon as your order ships!
1.2 How long for international shipping?
Our free international shipping usually takes 5-7 business days to reach most destinations. We expedite them as quick as possible to get them thru customs. Some countries may charge import fees, please be aware we are not responsible for them. We will email a tracking number as soon as your frame ships.
1.3 I ordered prescription lenses with my frames, when will it ship?
We stock a huge amount of single vision lenses with Anti-Reflective in our Lab, so it usually just takes a couple days to edge the your RX lenses into your new frame. Prescription lenses usually ship in 3-5 days after order, sometimes faster. We will email tracking as soon as your order ships.
2.1 How do i order prescription lenses?
Click "Prescription Lenses" at the top. Select the lenses you want and add them to the cart. You can upload a photo/pdf of your RX or email it to [email protected] Next click "Prescription Lenses" again and select Anti-Reflective, pick your fav and add to cart.
2.2 How do i get you my prescription?
Feel free to email it to [email protected], upload it on the Lenses Page when selecting lenses (PDF or JPG), or text it to 314-384-4221
2.3 What Is Pupillary Distance?
Pupillary Distance (PD) is the measurement from the center of one pupil to the center of the other.
Your Eye Doctor may have it on file for you or we can get it by sending a photo like below. Email it to [email protected] or text 314-384-4221.
Attached is a photo of how we need a selfie of you. Please take it “mug shot” style and in a bright enough location that we can see the pupils of your eyes. This way we can enlarge the photo to scale so that the measurement is correct.
